It’s already mid-June, and Nevada hunting season is right around the corner. Whether you’re a novice or new hunter, keep the following basic principles in mind when preparing:
-Pull out that camping and hunting gear and make sure all supplies are complete and in good working order.
-Remember to check and perform maintenance on your motor vehicles, trailers, and ATV’s.
-Sight in your rifle.
-Bowhunters, it’s time to tune and shoot those bows on a daily basis!
-Study your maps, and use all technology available to become familiar with your area.
-Nevada hunting terrain can be challenging! As always, attempt to be in your best physical shape possible in preparation for your hunt.
