On Saturday, November 2nd, the 2013 Yerington Lions Pheasant Hunt will be held at Mason Valley Hunt Club and surrounding properties.  This is a family event, open to Nevada pheasant hunters and non-hunters alike.

 

 

With Nevada upland game hunting looking less than ideal this season, consider attending this event to get going on pheasant hunting……….

 

For a registration fee of $150.00, hunters will be able to participate in the 4 bird pheasant hunt (mixed cocks and hens), enjoy a tri-tip lunch, and receive a commemorative hat.

 

The Mason Valley Hunt Club is a private property hunting venue and a sponsor of this event.  According to organizers, NDOW license is not required.  Hunters will however need to register in advance, and complete a registration form Click Here

Birds will be planted the morning of the event, and local youth will be available to dress hunter’s birds for a small fee.

 

Proceeds go to a great cause!  The Lions Club provides glasses, eye examinations and eye surgeries for our Nevada kids, so join in  for a great day of pheasant hunting while contributing to the cause.
